Winter League Registration

Continuation from the Fall League into the Winter League

Members currently playing in the Fall League may continue in the same league(s) for the Winter session. However, each member may participate in a maximum of two leagues. This two-league limit applies regardless of how many leagues a member is currently playing in. Members must make their decision by December 1st to allow the number of available spots to be posted for the December 7th registration as soon as possible.

• For Singles and Pairs Leagues, all player/players on a team must be the same.

• For Triples Leagues, 2 out of 3 of the players must be the same. The third player can be

any other player, but that player will also be included in the 2 leagues limitation.

• Convenors are automatically in the league they convene, but that still counts as one of their two league limit.

Registration Options:

In-Person Registration:

December 7 at 9:45 a.m. at PIBC

Registration by Email:

Emails must be sent to gamesregistration@pacificindoor.com between December 5th, 9:30am

and December 7th, 9:30am. Emails sent within this time frame will be treated the same as in-

person registration on December 7th.

Note: Emails received before or after this time frame will be placed at the end of the draw.

Draw Eligibility

First Round of Draw:

Members who did not participate in any Fall League can join the first round of the draw at 10:00am

Members may register for up to two leagues maximum (note: this two-league limit also applies to their partners in pairs and triples).

Second Round of Draw:

Members can register for as many leagues as they wish, based on availability.
