Winter Leagues and Registration Procedure
Starting today, you can enter your league preferences. Do NOT use email. Instead, complete the form below, or fill in the paper form at the club. Deadline is 5:00pm Friday, December 12
The league draw will be done by PIBC personnel. Members will NOT be actively participating in the draw. Email any questions to Graham Mason at communications@pacificindoor.com
2026 WINTER LEAGUES
10-week leagues start January 5th, 2026
If you are currently playing in a FALL league you have the option of retaining your current slot in ONE Winter league of your choice* You must keep the same Pairs partner, but Triples can change one member of the team
Members who didn’t play in ANY leagues in the Fall will be allowed one league place before the draw begins**
After the deadline has passed, all members’ forms then go into the draw to be conducted by PIBC personnel. There is no fixed date or time for when the draw will take place.
A member’s name can only appear ONCE in the first round of the draw. That’s why it is a good idea to coordinate your entry with your teammate(s). In the second round of draw you]re allowed a second league place.
After the second round draw members can sign up for additional leagues.
ONLINE REGISTRATION CHECKLIST:
1) If you did NOT participate in any of the Fall leagues you have option to choose ONE Winter league BEFORE the first round draw**
2) When you register for a pairs or triples league you must register ALL names of your team members (no ‘TBA’).
3) Please indicate if you only want to play in just ONE league in the Winter or MORE THAN ONE league (if you choose more than one league then your name will also go into the second round draw)
4) Please indicate your FIRST and SECOND CHOICE of league along with the names of your team members (no ‘TBA’)
5) Please indicate your THIRD CHOICE of league along with the names of your team members (no ‘TBA’) just in case your first choice doesn’t get drawn in the first round.
Deadline for registrations submissions is Friday December 12 at 5:00pm
TIP: Coordinating your first and second league choice with your teammate(s) increases your chance of being drawn into the league of your choice.
* If you convene just one league, that counts as your 'reserved' league
** The only condition is that those members' teammates are limited to a total of 2 leagues in the draw
