PIBC 2026 Fall Leagues Registration Procedure
Registration is by email only
Emails must be sent between Monday Sept. 21 at 12:01am and Saturday Sept. 26 at 9:00pm

**Emails sent before Sept. 21 will not be accepted**
1. State clearly the leagues you want to register in. Except for Singles Leagues, all players'
names must be written down (no TBA), also you need to write down your second or third
choices of leagues in case your first choice is full.
2. If you want to register in more than one league, you can also include those in the
email and those extra leagues will be put into the second and third rounds of draw.
3. Please also indicate the total number of leagues you want to join.
On Sunday Sept. 27 9:00am
A team will be lead by the PIBC games director to manage the draw for placement in
leagues. In the first round of draw, each member's name can only appear once in all the
league sign up sheets (except league convenors). In the second round of draw, each
member's name can appear 2 times. And so on for the third round. Ater the third round,
all members can sign up as many leagues as they wish.
4. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the completion of the Registration.
On Sunday Sept. 27 1:30pm
We will try to finish all work and post all the league entries inside PIBC. Upon that time
members can check and add their names to any available spaces.
League entries at 1:30pm will be posted on PIBC website asap.
Note: This is the first time we use all emails for "Fall Leagues Registration". After Sept.
27, you can send us your suggestions of how to improve the process. We will try our best
to suit the needs of our members.
