Winner will receive a certificate from Princess Cruise Lines for a confirmed cruise for two (2) in a balcony stateroom aboard any seven-day Princess Cruises voyage. All interactions therein are between the winning party and Princess Cruise Lines Ltd. for any travel inquiries. 

Valid for for any point of departure worldwide, the Certificate includes regular onboard meals and entertainment but excludes all expenses related to taxes, fees & port expenses, airfare, fuel charges, gratuities, ground transportation to/from ship, incidentals, excursions, travel insurance, and any other personal expenses. Cruise must be booked by December 31, 2025, or Certificate will be void. This Certificate and related Cruise travel are subject to the Terms and Conditions, below. The Princess Cruise contact person will be provided to the winner after the draw.

 

Winners consent to the release of their names by the licensee.Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee

Tickets are $100 each. Although 400 were printed, as of October 1st ticket sales were less than 100.

The PIBC Princess Cruise raffle is governed by BC Gaming Policy Enforcement Branch, and PIBC must adhere to their rules and regulations to hold a BC Gaming Event License. By law all purchased tickets must be entered into the draw (BC Gaming Event Licence #152695).

PROCEEDS FROM THE RAFFLE GO TO PIBC: Money raised from the Princess Cruise Lines raffle will go towards PIBC operating and capital expenses and will help in dealing with the issues of their aging building.

Certificate may be redeemed by bearer for any seven-day cruise on Princess Cruises for the bearer and one guest in a balcony stateroom category assigned by Princess Cruises. The Cruise consists of stateroom accommodations for the bearer and guest in one balcony stateroom, the Princess Plus add-on, and most shipboard meals (certain alternative dining options require payment of a fee). Actual value depends on market conditions at time of fulfillment. Any difference between approximate and actual value will not be awarded. Any upgrades to the bearer’s Cruise or additional guests to the Cruise booking made by the bearer must be paid for at current rates and will not be covered by the Cruise Certificate, even if the bearer’s Cruise does not reach the maximum $3,000 value of the Cruise Certificate. Service charges not covered by Certificate will be assessed within 60 days of departure for any cruise or vacation package changes (per guest, per change). All Cruise details will be determined by Princess Cruises, in its discretion. The Cruise Certificate only includes those items, and only covers those expenses, expressly specified in this Certificate. Restrictions may apply. This Certificate is non-transferable, has no original or residual cash value, and may not be resold. Bearer will be solely responsible for all applicable income taxes connected with receipt of the Cruise Certificate and use of the Cruise. Lost, stolen or damaged Cruise Certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.
